Hello friends I am back with the new project. It was an experiment from my side to decoupage on the fabric . I am so happy that my experiment turns in to beautiful carry bag. love the outcome. Before it was plain white fabric bag. Now it is lovely bag which you can carry to the market for your grocery. It can be echo friendly option too. This carry bag is washable. love the decoupage technique to recreate your old things. this technique is very nice to decorate your old household things. leisure mixed media layout

Hello, friends... I am back with my new mixed media layout. I love it. hope you people also like it. please give any suggestion and comments if you have. leisure is spending time with toddlers and clicking fun moments with them.  first of all I have primed my chipboard with white gesso then by sticking tissue paper and string underneath tissue paper gave textured effect on my chipboard. I have coloured it with little birdie chalk paint and had done some stencil work. then I had coloured it with ink and splattered some colours here and there on my chipboard for splatter effect. after that I have arranged my photo and decorated it with some little birdie embellishments and its done.    I am putting up this mixed media layout for the below challenge: http://morethanwordschallenge.blogspot.com/2018/10/october-2018-main-challenge-leisure.html  Thanks, Craftolog. Altered planner cover

Hello my crafty friends. I am back with my new project. Today I have altered my old planner cover. love altering it with mixed media art. This was my planner cover before.                                 Now see here this is new fresh look of my planner cover.                                                              Below are the following steps how I altered my planner cover: First of all I have applied white gesso on the entire cover. Then I have applied a thick layer of heavy gesso where I want texture of my old lace. You can use modeling paste instead of gesso for thick layer. Then I had put a lace which was in my stash and pressed it on thick layer of gesso so  I have got the impression of the lace on thick layer.   ...
